After a personalized consultation, we begin with a gentle cleanse and tone to prep your skin. Booking Policy – Natural Nation Detroit To honor your time and mine, all appointments require a $25 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking (unless booking a free consultation or 'approved' service model session) This deposit: Reserves your appointment Is applied toward your service total Is transferable if you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice Is forfeited in the event of a no-show or late cancellation Cancellations & Reschedules Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows me to offer your spot to another client and maintain a smooth, respectful schedule for all. We also reserve the right to decline a service appointment, if in the event an appointment is canceled by staff any paid deposits will be returned. If service cannot be performed due to contraindication, the deposit can be applied to another service at a future date, products or refunded Consultation Included Every service begins with a personalized consultation to assess your skin, discuss your goals, and ensure the best treatment plan for you.
