Booking Policy – Natural Nation Detroit To honor your time and mine, all appointments require a $25 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking (unless booking a free consultation or 'approved' service model session) This deposit: Reserves your appointment Is applied toward your service total Is transferable if you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice Is forfeited in the event of a no-show or late cancellation Cancellations & Reschedules Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows me to offer your spot to another client and maintain a smooth, respectful schedule for all. We also reserve the right to decline a service appointment, if in the event an appointment is canceled by staff any paid deposits will be returned.
